Well I had a really good time racing in Belgium! We flew in to nice 75 degree weather but woke up to rain and 45 degree weather that would last all weekend!
I was supplied a Suzuki RMZ 450 to race all weekend from Flatout Racing. The bike was REALLY fast but not so great in handling. We practiced on friday and I was 23rd fastest out of 390 riders. I like to race in the rain but this track had 5 dirt sections that were solid mud. I think this was one of the toughest races ever, but I still managed to make the final 40 main event. I was running around 17th when I came into one of the mud sections and started to lose the front. I put my foot down and it slid under one of the barriers and broke it instantly resulting in a DNF in the main, but we had alot of fun and thats what counts. Maybe next year I'll have better results.
So now it's time to start training for the 2012 Pro Supermoto series. I will be riding for the RHR Supermoto Team. We will have awesome race bikes with the 2012 KX450. I can't wait to start testing with a works bike!!
Thanks to all of my sponsors who helped this year... AJAX Kawasaki, FOX Racing, MotoOption, RHR Racing, Bridgestone, Factory Connection, OMC, 3BGraphics, M&G Homes and my wife and son for supporting me!!
